The staff tried to help, but there were no alternative rooms available. The service was excellent, with a minor hiccup of being charged multiple times for breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the historic centro, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
