I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable and clean with quality beds, some had issues with the cold room that maintenance couldn't fix. The small rooms were cozy but didn't feel too cramped.
The hotel is ideally located in the historic center of Aguascalientes, making it perfect for exploring the area. The rooms were very clean but lacked natural light. The service was excellent with attentive and friendly staff. The dining options were satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, a great place to stay in a prime location.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, I had an issue with the cold room that couldn't be fixed, and the noise from the elevator shaft was bothersome. The staff tried to help, but there were no alternative rooms available. The service was excellent, with a minor hiccup of being charged multiple times for breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the historic centro, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
